It aggregates publicly available data — including land registry records, ONS statistics, crime data, flood risk data, energy performance data, and property listings — and presents it to help users evaluate potential property investments in the United Kingdom.
RentSignal is currently in invite-only beta. Access is granted at our sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.

Data sourced from third parties (including ONS, Land Registry, and Ordnance Survey) is subject to their respective licences, which are available on their respective websites.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clever Bunny Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, RentSignal — including but not limited to loss of profits, investment losses, or loss of data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to RentSignal at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using RentSignal at any time.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
